How lucky are you to be given peanut butter in the hospital? All I got was nasty shakes and yucky crushed meds! Ugh!! Worst time of my life!!!

I eat peanut butter on a fairly regular basis in small amounts. not so much as my protein, but because I like it and make room for it in my diet. Often my fats are way too low, so I don't mind the fat content in it - its all about balance in the end. I only use NSA peanut butter though... Kraft NSA, low sodium, to be specific.

You really should try PB2! I dumped on regular PB the first time I was able to eat it at 2 weeks.  Now I use PB2 and I love it. It is just powdered peanut butter. It only has 1.5 grams of fat in 2 tablespoons! I use it to flavor protein shakes, protein ice cream, and make my family low fat peanut butter pies! Give it a try; it's awesome!! You can find it online at Bell Plantations, but I found it at a local health shoppe.

Every single day for almost four years. With marshmallow fluff, on a caramel ricecake. 200 cals a day and I never miss a day.

And I have maintained the 220 pound loss without regain. Moderation is key.

Yup!  I eat a teaspoon or so every couple of days.  I like it.  I don't count the protein, or the carbs, or the calories.

I just nom it...
