Home from the hospital

Had my surgery on June 22nd at 7:30am. Everything went well and I was up and about throughout my whole hospital stay. Definitely went better than I expected. I miss the IV pump though! Was feeling hardly any pain with the pump...now that I'm home with just my meds I'm definitely feeling left side pain. I have no desire to eat but I am having some ricotta cheese right now...trying to get my protein in. I can't wait to feel better!! Just thought I would update you all

 Congrats! I had mine on Monday. It's hard getting in the fluids and protein. Walking has been my best friend. I walk outside every hour I'm awake. I don't sit for longer than 30 min without at least walking around the room for a few minutes. Good luck!
