I was on my treadmill doing my walk/run and the dang thing stopped working! I am so mad. I was into the zone and was just starting my jog now I have to wait till hubby gets home to fix the darn thing!

And you just know that later when it is working I wont want to work out either.

The treadmill is not out to get you, as much as it may feel like that right now. My view on exercise machines is the sidewalk is free & never breaks down.

Dedication is doing something you know you need to when you really don't want to.  And to live a healthy and fit life takes dedication.  The side walk is free.  I live out off some country roads that have no sidewalk and prior to joining my gym and the freezing of winter my butt was out there everyday on the shoulder of the road logging me some miles.

Don't let small things get you off track and keep up the good work.

Thanks guys. I am trying to stay on the exercise train. it is hard to get out and pound the sidewalk instead of my treadmill since the kids are out for the summer. I work out while the younger ones are asleep.

I hate excersizing but I have recently caught the walking bug! I walk every day (unless it is raining). My Hubby, children and dog all come with me! My Hubby pushes my daughters stroller and I hold the leash and set the pace! My son and I even race! I always lose though but hey I am running!!!  lol

What's worth the PRIZE is ALWAYS worth the FIGHT!

Cherylkas I'm with ya on this one. LOL I hate to exercise really hate it with a passion ! I too have a treadmill. I'm trying to force my self daily to use it some, even half a mile ! Hey that is a start for me. I have been battling with migraines ALOT lately and not doing much of anything. But hang in there. We will get through this.
