SHOULD WE WEIGH RAW OR COOKED
OkI am having a senior moment. I purchased some Turkey Chops. Well 4oz is 25g protein. Is that 4 oz raw or cooked. I weighed out 4oz cooked and it is quite a bit. I just decided that this would be one of the nites where it takes me an hour to eat seeing as I needed the protein so i just have to suck it up. Anyway, any comments would be great.
I would think cooked but if they say on the label 4oz=25g, I would tend to think that they mean raw. I could be wrong.
