so I am working away and there is a basket of bread and some pats of butter from room service on the corner of my desk...yep, I did it...ate a piece of bread and not one but TWO pats of butter...only time will tell how pouchy will react to that one.

Of course, I have dinner plans tonight, so hopefully whatever will pass by then.

Are you not supposed to eat bread. The reason I ask is on my plan I can have like one peice of like loaf bread. It always causes me problems though so after the first couple of tries I stopped tring to eat it. It is the only food that gives me issues. I dont have trouble with any other food but bread and crystal lite drink mixes they make me sick like I am going into a surgar attack or something I shake all over and feel like I am going to pass out.

I don't eat bread usually...if I do, I go for crackers rather then dinner rolls...goes down better.  Not sure how I'll do with all that butter, I have not had any butter since surgery.

Butter actually helps me feel better if I eat bread but I try not to eat it except for truly special times.
You probably will be OK. Fats are not a problem to me.
