Reminder about calcium
As far as I know, there is not difference in absorption. I've looked but cannot find any studies on that. However, I know many people that use vitamins they swallow and their labs show they absorb them just fine, including calcium.
If for some reason your labs show you are not absorbing your calcium, and you take calcium citrate and your vitamin D level is good (meaning at least 80), then I guess you might wanna switch to chewables and see if that helps. Otherwise, I think you're fine.
