What are you eating/doing today? Monday!
I hear ya on the nuts and nut butters -- my body craves the fat!! I skipped the pb this week and picked up crunchy almond butter **ouch! Somebody slap me!**
30 min of weights this morning, 30 min of cardio, going for an outside run at lunch (prob 3-3.5 miles - I got an awesome pink fuel belt for $7.99 this weekend at marshall's that I'm dying to try out!)
Eats-
- Click with almond milk
- RTD Syntha 6 vanilla
- Spicy Thai chili tuna, cheesestick, Carbmaster yogurt
- watermelon
- dinner is bbq pork tenderloin

Lately I have been craving a lot of MEAT and FAT. I still have intolerances to a lot of meats but they have tasted sooooo good. The other day I had an oven fried porkchop and hot damn! That thing was like food for my SOUL.
I have also been craving beef. I think I can manage slow cooked beef so I might do that. Might need to get labs. Me + Meat Cravings (esp. beef) usually = iron deficiency.

i haven't visited here for a while with getting ready for my permanent move to NM and all. As for eating I am not doing much different than usual. I started the day with my hot cocoa protein drink. I will then have a small bowl of cereal with some dried cherries in it. I made chili this weekend for the kids that helped me finish loading my last pod from storage. I have plenty left and will have that for lunch and for dinner with some cheddar cheese. I may not even need another protein drink today. My big event for the day is the last pod being picked up shipped to NM today. It feels good to have most of the Phase one work of this move done. I just need to get my car ready for the drive and I will be on the road no later than next monday. Sooner if the money comes in sooner. Either way I am well on the way to phase two where I drive across country with my three chihuahuas across the US by myself. A real adventure. Then phase three will be the house hunting and the settleing in. Whew It still makes me tired thinking of it.

It was a long, long weekend here at work. I am so looking forward to having tomorrow off. Right now I am waiting for the company car to get back so I can take all the money we made over the weekend to the bank and grab a salad or a sanwich while I am out.
