Great info on the collagen protein, I too have wasted money on the stuff.

What do you think about this one I found on GNC.

No collagen mentioned.

Since it is all whey protein, it should be fine.

Protein blitz is good. I have been trying to use it. Its a grape or punch flavored "clear" drink, not a shot

Sorry, but that one gets a big thumbs down. The first non water ingredient is an amino acid, the second,  "biopeptide", is a collagen based protein. Biopeptides are most frequently added to skin preparations to combat wrinkling and skin laxity!

Unless the first non-water ingredient is whey protein, don't waste your money.

Wow, they are pretty sneaky. I just almost bought that one, but GNC wants $30 shipping for 2 12 shots, so they saved me!

i'll shoot for the Blitz then.

Thanks so much, i wonder what my usual source Bodybuilding.com says about the same supplements.

Just so you know the blitz is not a shot. Its a 20oz drink. Very much like a gatorade or votamin water. You can buy them at Vitamin Shoppe if you have one near you.
Also same sort of drinks cytomax whey isolate drinks tangerine watermelon or tropical. These are good too. hope this helps

I love the Cytomax ones, especially the tangerine!  I buy them by the case and drink them in the days that I don't have my SF hot chocolate with protein powder added.  (I can drink hot chocolate MOST of the year at work because my cubicle area is freezing cold, but on the weekends at home the last thing I want in July and August is hot chocolate in the morning!)

I'll have to look into the Cytomax, I just ordered the Blitz and am trying to find a good price on the Isopure.

Thanks for your help!
