Aaaack! I'vebeen so busy getting ready for my Relay for Life event tomorrow that I completely forgot to eat today! I think I've had one chicken nugget on the run, but nothing substantial. Crud! Looks like it's a protein shake for me now.

Dinner out with my family.... 3 oz of filet mignon, a few bites of sweet potato (yes, it had a little bit of cinnamon butter on it!), some salad (no lettuce, but cucumber (no skin), grape tomotoes, carrots, cheese), and a very small piece of bread with some whipped butter.  Oh yes... and one dark chocolate Hershey's Kiss for dessert when we got home, LOL.

3oz bison burger cooked on the foreman with low sugar BBQ sauce and goat cheese. I put it on one slice of whole grain toast. It was amazing. I'm only five weeks out so I'm still discovering new foods and what pouchy likes. She really liked the bison

On pre-op diet, been milking my water most of the day.  Just realised I hadn't eaten anything for dinner.    Will probably swig down a Premier shake before bed.
