What's for dinner - Friday Night!

Ok so I have this huge thing of potato salad in my fridge. I'm sort of afraid.

It's my own fault. I bought a five pound bag of potatoes because my little daughter wanted potato salad (I should have just bought a few loose ones to make her a small batch). I don't know if you all know this, but I make the world's best potato salad. (I'm not bragging, it's just fact. Don't hate)

Last night I finally got around to making it (mainly because I noticed some of the potatoes sprouting) and boy...that is a big azz bowl of potato salad. Methinks it's time to invite some folks over for dinner.

At any rate, I very much would like for that NOT to be my dinner. I'm making homemade chicken nuggets for the kids (We like mine better than storebought) and...I dunno. Maybe I'll make some cheesy mashed cauliflower. Who knows? I need to get me to a Vitamin Shoppe to get me some Click tho. I have been craving a Click Frapp!!!

Here's what else I've had today:

1. PB oatmeal
2. The innards of a McD's Angus Snack wrap with a few fries
3. A green salad with some ranch dressing

Not sure what else is on my plate today. What's on yours???

I just finished dinner.  I had a Subway Club salad. I'm stuffed.

Your post made me yell, "Oh crap! Dinner!"

Looks like hot dogs and mac n cheese for the family and a chicken salad for me.

I didn't eat breakfast, and at lunch my pouch wasn't very happy at all, so I brought it home and had a few bites of grilled chicken fingers, a few bites of green beans, and a couple bites of....potato salad!! I'm sure it wasn't as good as yours though! :)
