Feeling Nauseous after Vitamins
The reason people don't agree is because your vitamins are missing LOTS of important stuff.
What brand of chocolate calcium citrate do you get at Walgreen? I know t hey have Viactiv, but that's carbonate, not citrate.

Maybe it is the type of vitamins you take.
When I took chewables, they made me nauseous.
I switched to ENS for my multi, which is a drink mix. I think it tastes like Koolaid. I switched to Upcal D for my calcium, which is a powder you mix in any drink and it has no taste. I switched to B12 injections. I also switched to carbonyl iron, which rarely causes nausea or constipation.
Of course, those may not work for everyone (although I doubt a B12 injection would make anyone nauseous) but if you try a few different types, you may find something that works better for you.
Just make sure you stick with the ASMBS guidelines - a multi with 100% of the RDA of things twice a day, calcium CITRATE (not carbonate), B12 and iron. Stay away from kids' vites and gummies because they are missing some important things we need.
