Y'all know my pouch is very particular about burgers. And meatloaf. And meatballs. And any other configuration whereby ground meat is held together en masse.
So I invented this nifty little skillet meal. It was a hit for the divas, who used to live for Hamburger Helper, and gave me the bacon cheeseburger flavor I wanted. And it is made using one skillet. Yay!
