What's for dinner? Wednesday!
I am back in the land of the living! Yay! That’s the great thing about my pouch. It gets pissed, then it gets over it. Eventually. About 10 p.m. last night the pouch decided it was all better. Then I was hungry as hell!
So today is church dinner night. It’s been a few weeks since I’ve been around to see the old ladies so I have no clue what they are serving up tonight but it’s sure to be carby and good. As such my calories for the day have been super low.
Here’s what I’ve had so far today:
- Two scrambled eggs with cheese on a piece of wheat toast
- Orange creamsicle protein shake
Good grief, no wonder I’m about to chomp my own arm off! I need to eat!

Sorry I took so long to get back to you.I get thin sliced chicken cutlets,in a seperate bowl I put lowfat riccotta the small container,1'/2 cup of marinara sauce(I make my own but I use the jar too),and a 1/2 cup lowfat shredded mozzarella cheese.Mix that together.Put a scoop of the mixture in the middle of the cutlet and roll, then pour sauce over the rolled chicken and sprinkle a little more mozzerella.Bake about 40 min. It's pretty good. This mixture makes about 7-8 cutlets.Enjoy
So far today:
1. snack bar
2. protein shake
3. Nut bar (in reaction to RH episode)
4. protein shake
5. snack bar
