Exercise = Weight Loss...duh
So I admit that I am "blonde" and can be slow at times. However, I had been at a stall for a few weeks it seemed. I've walked the last 3 days and I'm down 2 lbs!! I am doing the happy dance. It sure will motivate me to get up in the morning!

Congrats! I had that same epiphany last Tuesday!! I was losing 2-3 pounds a week and was frustrated. On Wednesday I had decided enough was enough - I have been on my elliptical 5 out of 7 days and I lost 6 pounds this week!!!! So that has also been my motivation to get me going in the morning!
Guess we have figured out how important it is to move our feet.
Have a great day!

Exercise is great for your health in so many ways but it will not break a stall no matter how much effort you put into it. If you are following the WLS rules, your body will do what it wants and when it wants. I have never "formally" exercised due to Arthritis and I have never experienced a stall and I have lost 188.8 pounds.
