I would be careful of canned fruit since it often is in a sugar filled syrup.
I eat basically all fresh fruit with out issues. I have had problems with grapes and bananas causing a mild dumping from the sugars-but not always. I try to eat a small banana or 1/2 a big one. And I make sure to count the grapes and not eat more than 10 now. I love strawberries and cantaloupe and eat them almost daily when in season.

Hey K. I am addicted to grapefruit slices. I cut them in about 6 wedges and suck the juice out of them. I eat oranges this way too and have never had an issue with either one. As a matter of fact when I first started eating grapefruit it helped with the nausea. I also eat fresh strawberries, pineapple and watermelon on a regular basis and have never had an issue. Fruit is my new dessert when I need a sweet fix.
