Starting to eat fruit. A few questions.
As always, with a disclaimer that everyone reacts according to their own bodies, so there's no guarantee my experience will be yours...
I ate all kinds of fruit. almost from the get-go. The only ones that gave me trouble were grapes (always, in the very early stages, like during the first month or so, and now only if I eat a sload of 'em) and bananas, if eaten alone. (That's still the case with those.)
I chew really well, and am extra careful about not drinking too soon after, because even with natural sugars, if I rush them through too fast, I can dump, albeit lightly.

I've had pears, strawberries, cranberries, apples, and banannas (all without any skins, except cranberries which were very well cooked) and they all went ok.
I had peaches that on three different occasions failed to stay down.
This is of course me, and you'll have to see how your body reacts. I'm still pretty full after my protein portion and and dont usually take more than a small bite or two of anything else.
