My house is a damn mess, so I need to clean it. After that I need to march myself to the Y and do a weight lifting circuit (lest I DIE of pain at Body Pump on Saturday). So I got a few “thangs" to do.

Eats? Well I have some cauliflower that needs using so I tinkering with a skillet meal idea that I’ve had in my head for quite some time. If all goes well, it will be our dinner. Although we really ought to eat the rest of that lasagna. There’s just enough for one piece for each of us.

Here’s what I had today:

  1. Strawberry-Banana protein pop (click here for details)
  2. Subway Egg White Muffin Melt
  3. Oscar Meyer Sandwich Combo (have you guys seen these? They are so cute! It’s a sandwhich thin with 2 oz. meat, 1 oz. cheese, reduced fat wheat thins and a sf jell-o mousse temptation cup. Yeah. I shouldn’t have eaten all that. I’m still kinda full and it was 4 hours ago!)

What’s on your plate tonight?

RNY Gastric Bypass 1-8-08 350/327/200 (HW/SW/CW). I spend most of my time playing with my food over at Bariatric Foodie - check me out!

Tonight is the sunset market in my little town so probably some good music and a chicken kabob and a long walk on the beach.

my hubby made the kids rigatoni with sauce, that used to be my downfall. I took two noodles, ate the first, and threw out the second. I said to myself Nah. LOL, not as great as I remembered. Luckily I bought myself a small spagetti squash, so I am eating some of that with a little pesto and garlic marinara sauce. yummy!

Not sure...... might have something sensible. Might not.

Gotta say friend, I got some of the Walgreens protein powder you're always touting. Has a bit more sugar than I am used to, but I wasn't worried. Tasted pretty good to.

Until my blood sugar bottomed out. Was at work, and I never have issues at work with my blood sugar. Started getting nauseous, shaky, extreme headache. Couldn't understand why I felt so freaking awful. Finally as I broke out in a sweat it occurred to me that I was crashing. Bleah!

Apparantly the sugar grams in the protein shake aer too much for me to handle!

So this evening I'm a bit uncertain what the best food is to eat.

Just not fair.
