OMG...Swimsuit emergency!!!

Tomorrow, my daughter and I have been invited to a "Girls Day" at a friends house with people I DO NOT KNOW!  It's going to be at the pool.  They have alot of laying out in the sun planned and swimming.  I have not worn a swimsuit since ....... heck who knows!!  I have not lost enough to be in a swimsuit.  I feel a terrible summer cold coming on.....cough cough!

Go to the pool, hang out with friends.
You're invited, they want your company,
just go and screw how you look. Wear whatever you're comfortable in - a swimsuit or shorts or whatever.

Ughhh...you are right.  Screw it! LOL  Those skinny girls that are there haven't give birth 3 times.  haha

Board shorts with a swim/tank type top. Or a swimsuit with a wrap around your waist. Go, have fun and don't worry about what other people think. You are doing the right things for yourself by getting healthy, and it will pay off for you. Do not give the power over you and a missed opportunity with your daughter.

I do have one that I purchase last year and never wore.  Not sure it will fit but it's a tank top with swimsuit bottoms.  I even have a skirt to go around it.  Shouldn't be too bad huh?

Ok this is ment to make you laugh. We have a pool at my apartment and Sunday I was taking my kids to it to swim and I tried on the suit I bought recently at a thrift store but didnt try it on so as I wriggled and twisted into positions I was unware I could put my myelf in I got it to the point where I could get my arms in the straps and without looking in the mirror decided against putting ppl throught he horror of seeing me in it as I was busting loose . My son says mom you look fine I dont know what he was looking at but I am pretty sure he just wanted to go to the pool and was willing to sell me off in order to achieve this goal. I opted for shorts and a tshirt

That is so funny.  Last year we had a trip planned to the beach that got cancelled at the last minute because of hubby's work, but anyhoo....I had been on a swimsuit shopping spree.  I had bought several pieces that I thought I could mix and match.  One of them had a halter that tied around the neck.  I wore a total of 2 seconds because my boobs were so heavy I thought my neck was going to break!  LOL  I could feel my spine popping.  Kids could careless.

Ya know...For as long as I can remember, I have LOVED, LOVED, LOVED the beach, pool and swimming. For almost just as long, I let my body get in the way of that love. I would go to the beach and only actually go to the beach at the end of the day and was so uncomfortable.

A couple years ago my family planned a trip to Mexico. I wasnt crazy about walking around in a bathing suit. Then I realized how much of my life I had wasted feeling like that. How much fun I had passed on and what I was missing out on. Funny, it was the same time I was planning my WLS. I knew I was going to be smaller soon, so I just said screw it. If you dont like me...DONT LOOK!!

Go. Have fun. I dont personally know any women who are 100% confident in their swim suits. ENJOY YOURSELF!!
