You all know I don’t go all “serious" serious that often, but I have to today.
I just received a disturbing e-mail from a family member of someone who comes to OH. Some of you may have received this message as well.
I’m not going to go into the highly personal nature of this message, but I do want to reach out to that member, now deactivated, and say that I hold no judgment against you. I hope you’ll come back to OH (if it was even your decision to deactivate in the first place). Please look me up on Facebook (are we friends already?). I’m under my real name, Nikki Massie.
I don’t know if what that message said was true or not and, frankly, I don’t care. I consider you a friend and I hope you are ok. Please let me know that you are.

Hey there,
I just wanted to let you know that I deleted the email sent under your identity without reading it. As soon as I realized it was not from you and there was malicious intent, I chose not to continue. That took maybe a dozen words.
We remain siblings in this struggle against obesity. No comment from me. No deciding what to believe from me. No judgement from me.
