pre op i was a 44H, after losing about 150 lbs I was a deflated 36DD a lot of it was just skin piled into the cup.  post palstics I am a 36C and loving it.

Noooo :'( I don't want to lose mine! lol. I have a full 44D and I LOVE mine! lol I would love a lift but that's IT! lol

 44c to a 34/36a.    What's left is full of stretch marks and is certainly not perky.  A nice push-up bra makes all the difference in the world, though.  I can see where you would want the relief--I wish you well!

I didn't have all that much to begin with, damn PCOS.

Yes and no.  Somehow, I have not really changed cup size, only band size. Ive gone from a 44C or 42D (depending on bra brand) to currently a 38C or 36D.  My ladies look better than before...from the front (there's excess skin on the sides of course though, we can't have it all).

Yes, everyone will lose SOME of their breast mass, but how much varies by person.  I still wear a 36 or 38 DDD (and am almost 4 years out so am WAY past the losing phase).
