Since these apparently DO have all the amino acids needed to absorb the protein (even if it is not a top-quality protein) -- and people may want to buy them -- I just wanted to warn people that only the 24g "double protein" version (which is only available in peach flavor {sigh...}) is sugar free. The 12g version (available in peach and tropical flavors) has over 15g of sugar!

So we would absorb it then? How much protein would we get from it? Would we get the 24 g or less since it isn't a high quality protein?

You should get close to 24g. It just is not as high quality protein as the whey isolate, and not as easily digested.
