Oh Lora, I'm so sorry. I hope it doesn't get worse but if it does, go get the ct scan. Hopefully they can find the problem this time.

It would be great if they could figure it out and take care of the cause, Lora.   Heading to the ER if the pain becomes severe sounds like a sensible plan to me.  Sending good thoughts your way.
