What's for dinner? Tuesday!

I got too much shizz going on tonight.

The girls father is coming over to see them briefly. This will be the last time they see him before he deploys to Afghanistan. Then they have a Girl Scouts award ceremony to attend. At some point I need to move my arse (I’m thinking today is a Zumba day).

In the middle of all of this I have no clue what dinner will be nor do I have a particular craving. I think they are serving pizza at the Girl Scouts thing. Right now I’m at 600 calories so I have room in my plan for a slice of pizza. I might pack a salad to go with and just stay the hell away from the food table for the rest of the shindig (like that ever works).

Here’s what else I had today:

  1. Denver scramble, hold the cheese (scrambled egg beaters with ham, onions, green pepper, mushrooms) + 1 slice wheat toast.
  2. 4 oz. tuna with mayo, onions cherry tomatoes, and a diced up string cheese in a La Tortilla Factory Low Carb tortilla (50 cals, 3 net carbs, 5g protein) + sugar free caramel pudding cup w/ a few shakes of salt.
  3. 6 oz. fat-free Greek yogurt with a few packets of Splenda and one packet of True Orange (soooooo yummy).

What’s on your plate tonight?
