Starting Today I Will.......
I am still pre-op, but wanted to get in the habit of tracking now. I made myself an Excel spreadsheet to track everything. I can't figure out how to load it on to OH but if you are interested, you can PM me and I can email you a copy of mine. (that goes for anyone else as well)
I get so busy through the day and I can track my water, Vitamins, protein....I have a food journal and beside that I write down what vitamins I take when so I am sure to spread them out and not take iron/calcium too closely together. I print it off and keep in a binder. I LOVE IT!! Because it is in Excel you can change what you want to suit your own needs as well.
