My version of a Cubano sandwich-pork tenderloin rubbed with cracked black pepper, kosher salt, minced onion and garlic, mustard, cheese, ham, dill pickle chips on a long deli flat.  Delicious and a family favorite.

Lasagna looks yumm. I am having chicken soup I made yesterday with a whole chicken minus the skin, carrots, potatoes, celery and red bell pepper. I mostly eat the broth and the chicken, but husband loved it :)

Yummy stuff I follow the spices for the cheese cake factory only cut down salt from 1 1/2 tsp to 1/2 tsp has red yellow and green bell pepper, Anaheim chili and yellow onion and of course Raw shrimp. It rocks on pasta or rice but we eat it like this sense we cant have either.
Good Luck, Lisa
