Right now my life is so stressful both at home and work . I am fighting so hard to keep it all going but it is just getting too hard to maintain. I"ve already cut back to critical only tasks. I have no support. I don't know what will happen if ii fail but I just don't think I can hold on much longer.

Stress is never fun and I am sorry your feel so alone. At least you have this forum to come to for support, love and peace............

Stress for me can allow for old habits to creep back, since I was and always will be a stress eater. It is something I need to deal with.

Remember, if YOU dont care of YOU nobody will. In order to stay healthy you need to take time for yourself. Me time is so important for anybody whether they had surgery or not. Doing something special for yourself makes you a better person. And for me able to cope with more stressful things that come my way.

Maybe, if you can find the time take a yoga or meditation class. Meditation is something I have been doing for about 10 years......It doesnt have to be a long one.....and you can escape to the bathroom at work if you are feeling stressed and do some deep breathing........to calm you.....

To do a simple meditation, state a mantra, thought, prayer that you wish to happen.......Take a deeeepppp breath in........hold it for a second and release reallyyyyyy release into your tummy......Repeat your thought.......and continue to do this with your eyes closed until you feel centered again....and calmer......

I swear by it...............and love it..................It doesnt have to be an 1/2 hr ordeal to calm yourself.....just a little time to escape for 5-10mins can do the trick!

Its all about you and doing what helps you succeed during the day..........

Thanks for the support & prayers.

Work is tough due to excessive work loads ... I have enough work for 3 or 4 people and mgmt does know or care that it is impossible. I am even told that I don't work hard enough b/c I put in less than 80 hours/week.

Well being tired and stressed led to an mistake at home that has 2 of my dogs in ER for the next 48-72 hours ...they got into a bottle of medicine and ate 150x their dosage amt. This is not going to be cheap. I just hope they will make a full recovery. If anything happens to them, it will kill me.
