I might lose my job because of this surgery.
Are you seeing a therapist? Maybe you stress yourself out so much that it leads to physical symtoms. From your posts, I wonder if part of your problems are emotional.

I'm going to second what Laura said.
Early out I DID stress myself out and wound up with the foamies pretty much daily when I had to run meetings with a certain team. (Idiots all, unfortunately).
Once I told administration that I would/could no longer run those meetings, but would swap and handle them at another school, it all subsided. That team was irked with me (they felt they could get around me more than the person *****placed me), but my health was more important than their head games.
The final determination was that it was smooth muscle contractions, which my pouch read as needing to vomit, and once I reduced the stress the contractions stopped and the foamies did too (except for stupid human stuff like when I ate too fast).
Try to find a way to be calm - I know that's MUCH easier said than done, but it may make a world of difference to you.

Most of the time I'm pretty calm and really not anxious at all. I know since finding out my job is in jeopardy I am a little anxious about that but so far I really don't think negative emotions have been affecting my pouch. I've come to terms with having the surgery and I'm happy with my decision. Some days emotionally it is still hard but overall I think I have my emotions under control.
