One Year Surgiversary (w/Pics throughout the year)

One year ago today I changed my life forever. 140 pounds lost and there's no going back. Thanks to everyone on the boards who help newbies day in and day out. I need to put in my time to return the great help others were to me.

I was 376 pounds and miserable, I had horrible sleep apnea and was on a road to diabetes and heart failure.

My apnea was gone in about a month, I'm down to 236 pounds. I play tennis 9 hours a week and have never been in better shape.
