Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner, I was out running a 4k.

That's GREAT, Paul! I'm really trying to work myself up to the S.O.B.

So yeah, I'm kinda nuts to! I want to try for the 50K but will settle for the 15K next year and then maybe the 50K the year after! I'm having to start over due to being sidelined by my Dr. for a few months as well, so I'm working back up to where I was. I'm hoping no more sidelines!!

Unfortunately Nik does not have P90X money right now or anywhere near it. But someday. Until then my Y membership will have to do. :)

my daily mini goal is to get a minimum of 64 oz of plain water -- Crystal Light, milk, etc. is bonus with a total goal of 100 oz daily. Right now at work for June, we launched the Hydration Domination Challenge to encourage employees to get the 64 oz per day.

Be happy.

God bless you. That is a mini-goal I'd get a big, phat FAIL on.

I can't do plain water. It still makes my tummy hurt.

I met and exceeded my May challenge: 30 miles in 30 days  + over 500 min other exercises...

So the goal for this month is:
1. have my doc appointment ion the 23.... want to lose 10 lbs+ (I know I can do it)
2. power walk and other exercises (see above)
3. no alcohol for the month of June...
4. Get familiar with all my Wii games (got new Wii and want to try all the games... then pick 2-3 for next month to improve my scores)
5. (OT) Get rid of a junk from mu junk room - organize

1)  Drink more water and less coffee
2)  Must drink 2, preferrably 3 protein shakes a day

I'm still strugging with eating enough due to stress, I know my protein intake is way off without the shakes.

Right now my mini-goal focuses on exercise.  I am striving to move 20 miles a week for each week in June through exercise, via either treadmill, walking at home CDs or walking outside.  I'm not a runner (despite my best efforts at trying), so I suspect this end up being 20 miles a week of walking... but it's very doable.

Today alone I did 7 miles of in-home walking... for a whopping 710 calorie burn (per my GoWear Fit readings).  What is surprising is that I felt good and not at all drained... amazing what changes have occurred in my body and fitness level since my surgery.  If I make the effort 5 days a week, I should ensure that my weight loss continues (I've been leveled out recently), and that ongoing, I maintain.

Regardless, June is my kicking-off point.  Wish me luck...
