What's for dinner? Wednesday!

I have been debating about calling this thread "What DID you eat today?" for all the folks who don't plan in the morning to report in. For now, I'll leave it as "What's for dinner?" and invite anyone who wants to post what they had to do so.

Anyhoo...dinner for me. Not sure. I'm going to the Y. Correction. I'm MAKING myself go to the Y because I have been a lazy bum the last few weeks and it is time for that to stop. I enjoy being fit and having muscles and I'm starting to see the impact of my laxness. So I will do some cardio tonight. I want to do weights tomorrow, cardio on Friday (although I may do so at home - gas prices are KILLING me!) and then do Body Pump on Saturday (and hopefully will not die).

What does ANY of this have to do with dinner?

Well, the little diva who is an only child until Friday when her sister returns from her class trip, wants to go swimming tonight, which means I'll probably need to grab dinner from somewhere because I'll be at the Y until goodness knows when.

If I do that, it'll likely be a salad from someplace.

Here's what I ate today:

1. 2 eggs, over medium, and one slice of whole wheat toast with a few sprays of Olivio (Zero cal butter spray)

2. Chocolate Muscle Milk RTD

3. Two lunchmeat roll-ups with roast beef/ham and a tablespoon of spicy hummus in each.

4. A Click Frapp Lite (meaning I didn't add extra protein, just the click, milk and ice)

According to my food journal all tha tis 900 calories, leaving me about 500-ish to play with.

I know later on this evening I'll  have half a cup of Carbothin 4 chocolate frozen dessert with whipped cream and a sprinkle of PB2 (amazingly this is just barely 100 calories).

What's on YOUR plate tonight?

I would give my right arm for a porkchop. A whole, glorious pork chop. The below is how much pork chop I can muster without pain:

And this is at 3 years post op. But oh how I love them!

Yeah...one would think, though, that three years later I'd at least graduate to a whole chop. Nope. My pouch and pork seem to have issues if it's not slow cooked.

I cook mine in my own "shake 'n bake" mixture with high Fiber Cereal. I douse it with hot sauce and enjoy what I can. I love pork!

At this point, I'd love to live anywhere but THIS DAMN HOUSE!!!

My mortgage company is draaaaaaaagging its feet about taking this house back and I can't move until they do as they've made it clear if they find out the property is vacant they'll "do whatever is necessary to protect our investment" and that I will be charged for whatever that is.

Oy. This is like a bad divorce.

I really was not serious, lol.  NO ONE wants to live in Buffalo NY.  Not even me.
I'd love to move to North Carolina perhaps.

Lean ground turkey with ham, zucchini and mex cheese melted all through it.  Goes down easy, tastes good and a frequent flyer in my kitchen.
