I'm just under 5'3" and started at 230.  I'm 11 weeks out and weigh 192.  I've been in a lengthy stall, plus I haven't been getting all my liquids and protein in.  Eight days out with 11 pounds lost is really good, lots of people still haven't shed their water weight at that point; I know I hadn't.  I don't have any pics yet, but will get some soon.  Good luck to you.

My surgery weight on 11/16/2010 was 268 and I am 5'2", 43 years old.

I used (& still do sometimes) get frustrated because my weight loss has been slow & steady and my numbers aren't as high as some who are similiar starting places, yet after 6 months out that seems to have averaged off.  Don't get caught up on that number on the scale, it can be a mental demon that makes you question yourself.  Just follow your program and it will work for you.

I am creating my own revolution and PAMdemonium reigns!
