Someone mentioned baked, lowfat ricotta with a little pasta sauce on it and that sounds really good.   I'm also big on cottage cheese with anything right now it feels good.

If you really want pasta, my family eats alot of "spaghetti squash" it is a vegtable that when you cut it open it looks just like spaghetti. We take a pound of fried ground turkey, a jar of spaghetti sauce, a container of fat free breakstone cottage cheese, bag of fat free motzarella cheese and the insides of spaghetti squash. Bake it and it takes just like Baked spaghetti. Its fantastic! and just a little different..

I like talapia... lightly grilled in a pan, add vegetable broth and poach a little. Comes out soft & flaky. You can also cook salmon the same way.
