Dang girl! You must be carrying some lead weights in that little purse cuz you definitely DO NOT look 197!! But (back in the day) I have a history of doing the same thing. When I was in the Army I never passed weight on the scales and they always had to tape me. I lose inches before losing the pounds. I hope this ol' grey mare can still pull that off after I have surgery. Congratulations! NEVER feel guilty or ashamed or vain for showing off your blessings and successes! Keep doin' your thing girl!

My comment about AW'ing has more to do with the fact that I believe myself to be the reigning queen of "shameless self promotion" on this board. I think i have this conception that it bugs people when maybe it does not.
At the very least my grandmother always told me, "one should at least TRY to appear humble...even if you are fabulous..."
