B: Cottage cheese
L: Left over tilapia made with stewed tomatoes
D: Some sort of fish. Not sure what yet.

I'm still on soft/mushy foods, I'm only 2.5 weeks out so my days tend to be boring lol.

Well, today is a no go food day.....after coming off several bottomless pit days I should not be surprised.
I had my protein coffee for breakfast and am currently sipping my third cup of coffee (only warm drinks do for me after suregry) and nibbling a 30 gram protein bar here and there.
For lunch I have some chili in the fridge here at work, we'll see if I can otlerate any and planned taco salad for dinner. I am on a youth event tonight, an all nighter so I will need some power goodies to get through the night as well!

My reigning favorite chocolate shake is Mexican Chocolate. Very easy. 1 scoop chocolate protein powder, milk, a tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa, a few packets of splenda and a generous dash of cinnamon. NOM!

That does sound delish!

I was just going to work with what I have on hand, since I don't have a car right now to get to the store.

Was thinking something containing
Decaf Coffee
Chocolate Protein Powder
Chocolate SF DaVinci syrup
A little SF chocolate pudding mix?

A little iffy on the pudding mix though.

I flubbed up a shake the other day, by pouring hot coffee right onto the protein powder.  Oops.  Now I make the coffee and sta**** in the freezer for an hour to cool off.

If you're ever short on time and want a coffee drink, here's a tip.

Protein powder is sort of like an egg. You have to temper it to get it to mix into hot things. So put your protein in a cup, mix it with room temperature water (not cold). Just an ounce or two. Then stir into a thick paste. Once you've got all the powder incorporated into the paste then SLOWLY add ho****er and stir all the while. You shouldn't get the lumps.

I do this at the water cooler every day to make my Hot Click. Works like a charm.

Well so far I have been to the doctors and that cost me over $80.00!  Damn insurance.  I have a sinus infection but they won't give me anything for the pain and tylenol does squat.

PreB: water and probiotics (in preparation for the antibiotics I knew I would need)
B: inside of a breakfast sandwich
L: salad w/egg, cheese, cottage cheese, and veggies
S: all fruit bar (60 calories, but lots of fiber!)
D: something on the grill, probably chix thighs (pouch likes them better than breasts)
LNS: hopefully something that makes me sleep good as I have to work all weekend, even Monday.

Let's see...

Breakfast
2/3 cup NF plain greek yogurt with 1/2 apple in pieces, handful of grapes and about 2 tbsp low fat granola. Nice!
And a Click, my own biodiesel.

Lunch
Vitamins, calcium and another Click.

Snack
Iron supplement and about 20 roasted almonds, lite salt.

Dinner
Hmm. Since the kids are having pizza, I'm pretty much off the hook. I'll probably take advantage and just have an apple and a protein shake. I think I'm still coming up a bit short on the protein today, but I'll try to recover tomorrow.
