Diva, did you post already? I went back a few pages and didn't see it. Sorry if I am duplicating!

Doing: I don't know but I need to be active. My body is craving it. Might take the divas swimming this evening and work out. Dunno.

Eating:

1. PB oatmeal
2. Hot Click
3. Thai Shrimp Salad
4. Hot Click
5. I've been craving eggs. Might make an omelet
6. Either a protein fudge pop or I'll make some Carb-o-thin frozen dessert in the ice cream maker and have it with sugar-free chocolate syrup and whippage.

Not sure what I am eating today. I have been deplaced since the tornado hit my neighborhood on Sunday, My car has a 8-10 inch whole in the windshield and the adjuster wont be looking at it until tomorrow but I cant complain because there are people who are without a home due tot he storm. I have been at my mothers house because I have no tranportation and the eats have been unhealthy to say the least. Mom eats what ever she feels and has junk food every where and I have been indulging too much. But I am at work today so I am thining I will have my protein coffee, some fruit for breakfast and a salad or a 1/2  turkey wrap for lunch and maybe the other half for dinner. I also need some prayer yall, I am looking at a $500 deductible on my car and rent it due as well as insurance and car payment dont know where this money is coming from but praying for a miracle

Hope, oh no!

I'm so glad you said something because you are now on my prayer list.

Let me know if there's anything I can do.

Ok this is just a question but I noticed that your breakfast was 40 gram protein. I thought we can only absorb 30 grams at a time?
