a total of 271 lbs lost!!
I read back on your posts and as of 5/22 you "thought" you might be getting in 20oz of water a day. Please let whatever this problem is be a warning to you to do what you know and force yourself to drink and get in your protein. I'm afraid you are like my friend who "just couldn't get in more than 16oz of water" and who ended up nearly dying from complications of dehydration and potassium depletion. You must not think of water and protein as optional or as necessarily food. Think of them as medicine and get it done. If you had diabetes you'd take your insulin so drink shakes, even if they taste yucky, because they are the protein your body needs to live.
Please, please, please do this for yourself and for all of us who care about you.
Hugs and tough love,
Lana
