What do you drink??
Unfortunately, I'm with you on that one. However, I don't think that's the kind of clear liquid my doc meant! LOL My sister-in-law made ****tails this weekend and I had to sit there and watch her drink it. Completely unfair!!!

I agree with you Frank...love me some GG and Cran...
I refuse to put all the chemicals contained in crystal light and other drinks into my body for the long term. Every once in a while is OK however to rely on artificial drinks as a part of your daily fluid intake is just not healthy.
I drink spring water. It tastes better and lighter than typical bottled water. It run 5 bucks for a case of 24 17oz cases (delivered to my doorstep). I go through about 5 cases a month. Its a much healthier alternative without the typical "tasting" water. :)

The problem is that many people become adverse to the taste of water, because of the changes in thheir tatstes as a result of surgery. In some cases it is to the point that to get the required fluid in dialy in just plain water would be beyond difficult.
I am one of those people. On most days my fluid intake is well above 100oz and the days I don't have flavor packets it falls closer to 50oz. If I don't have flavor packets I will drink Decaf coffee or tea or ad some reduced cal fruit juice. Low Cal G2, Vitawater and the low cal Sobe Waters all find their way into my fluid intake at some point.
and I would drink a Case about every 4 days if I could get others to leave it alone .
