What do you drink??
Ok...I know water, water, water...but I swear if I have to drink one more glass of water I will have a meltdown. I've tried EVERY flavor of Crystal Light and have a few that I like but I'm quickly growing sick of them. Last night, I went to the local dollar store on a mission. I must have looked at every juice and drink in the store looking for something with little or no sugar. I finally settled on V8 Splash Tropical Blend. I noticed it had 16 grams of sugar per serving but if I only drink 4 oz then that's only 8 grams. I know I know I know....but I was about to pull my hair out! So then the thought crosses my mind that it will cause me to dump but since I haven't had a BM in a week that might be a relief! I drank it and it was FREAKING GREAT!!!! I threatened my kids if they touched it today and I can't wait to get home. Sad, huh? So...what are you drinking?

I drink all different flavors of Hawiian Punch. They have the same stats as Crustal light, but I could not find a CL that tasted good. I originally thought Hawiian Punch was just a sugary kids drink, but it's not. I also don't put the whole packet in, only 1/2. I mix the flavors sometimes too, to get something different. I'm just lucky I caught on to them because I cannot handle just plain water.
Personally I get on kicks. I will drink something almost exclusively for 3-4 weeks and then i will tire of it and switch. Right now it's the Walmart (Great Value) brand sugar-free cherry flavor. Kool-Aide makes sugar-free ones that are good too. I have tried the Mio and I like it, but I stick with my Great Value and Crystal Light for the most part. Also, Ocean Spray makes a light or diet cranberry juice that only has 5 calories per 8 oz. and sugar-free. It's pretty good too.
Ice tea (available in decafe as well), coffee (decafe or reg, hot or cold), strawberry lemonade (CL or other 0 calorie lemonade then add in my frozen strawberries or if you really want to experiment frozen blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, etc), protein fruit smoothies, milk, and occasionally sugar free koolaid LOL.
