cause of headaches determined

i have been complaining for over a month of almost constant headaches that vary in intensity but rarely stop.

Finally got an MRI and Xrays done...turns out there are 3 herniated disks and 2 bone spurs in my neck.

as of now I am going to try to manage it with therapy and see how that goes. 

 How'd you do that?

no idea.   Wonder if it has been there a while and just gottten worse over the years...I was in a car wreck a about 10 years ago that is the first thing that comes to mind, but I don't know if that is a probably cause or not.

I'm glad you found the problem but I wi**** was something that was more easily fixed. I hope you get some relief!
