Finally....a good food day!!
Yesterday is the very first day that I have felt good about my food and actually having 3 meals.
Breakfast: 1/2 banana, 2 grapes
Snack: Protein Drink
Lunch: 2 FF crackers, 1 slice FF cheese, 1 slice of deli turkey
Snack: Peanuts
Dinner: 1-1/2 oz. grilled pork chop, 1 oz. of broccoli
Snack: SF fudge pop
I probably still didn't get in all my protein but this is such an improvement!! After a weekend of regret, I sure needed this.
Now if I could just have a BM!! 1 good dose of MOM and 2 laxatives later....still NOTHING!! So I started Miralax this morning. My son graduates tonight at 8. I'm expecting it all to kick in around 6:30 or so tonight. I will be so pissed!!!
