There's already a no-bake protein key lime pie on Bariatric Foodie. Search it cuz my comp is too slow to get the link right now.

RNY Gastric Bypass 1-8-08 350/327/200 (HW/SW/CW). I spend most of my time playing with my food over at Bariatric Foodie - check me out!

OMG i have to go shopping now.  Wow.

2 things  -
1) your link to make a crust is not a link
2) When you say "Any Whey unflavored PP" - is that a brand name?  or are you just saying that it can be any whey based PP?  (I'm learning new vocabulary!!)

We had some home made Italian wedding soup with chickpeas, Great Northern beans and Turkey Sausage in it - delish! With some eggface protein cake (lemon flavored) and a slice of cantaloupe.

Super yummy green enchiladas. Chicken breasts in the crock pot for several hours, shredded up,  Pepper jack and cheddar, sprinkle of chopped olives, onions are optional. Pour a couple Tsp of the sauce on the bottom of the 13x9 pan, Roll up chicken and cheese(and onions and olives if you want) in a corn tortilla, line up in the pan, and pour the remaining sauce over all of them. Cover, cook at 400, 40 minutes, uncover, cook 15 more minutes to crispy up the edges. Awesome! I can only eat half of one and will NOT eat the corn tortilla at this stage, but chicken and cheese, and green enchilada sauce, protein protein protein, how can I go wrong!! YUM!
