2oz turkey lunchmeat & 1 garlic & herb laughing cow cheese wedge on a CocoPop, and 1 serving broccoli & cheese - I'm so happy when I exceed protein goals and can fit in some veggies!!

I have the mother of all migraines so I really haven't eaten much today. So for dinner I am having an Isopure protein drink to get my protein in and my water intake.
