 Already had breakfast, made a gluten free breakfast sandwich, I will shake for lunch and dinner and have a Neuro for a snack. As for what I am doing, cleaning and the gym are on the agenda for today.

Breakfast was low fat cottage cheese

Lunch is crab salad. 6oz crab with salt pepper lemon and a spoonful of low fat mayo

Dinner will be cod. Not sure how I'm going to make it yet. Any suggestions?

 Ive been bad today. Woke up and had about 1/4 cup FF milk, some water then took DD to Old Navy for flip flops. Did ya'll know Old Navy is evil? Yep, they sure are! They lure you in with 1$ flip flops and you walk out with 173$ work of clothes and flip flops and a hello kitty beach towel. ...damn them  lol. THen to Catherines for new bathing suit and cover up for muah thne walmart for protein and SF drink mix. Damn walmart too cuz for a week now theyve not had my SF popsicles in muliti flavors for 1.67$  a bag....grrrr. Oh, also went to Shoe Carnival too. Came home and ate my left over bourbon st Chicken from Applebees which again isnt going down quite right...ugh. Will make a protein shake for dinner and then heading to a horse show with DD this evening and prbly stop by subway and get a wrap and just eat teh lunch meat and cheese. Ive GOT to start getting more food in...i feel weak after spending all am and early afternoon running aornd town with nothing in me but milk and water. Yes folks, im stupid lol
