Mini Cliff Bars
I found them at Walmart and they are perfect for me! They are small 1 oz mini protein bars. They have 4.5 grams of protein in them which I know isn't great but they fill me up and and I need to get more calories in so they are a tasty 100 calorie boost. They are also soft and taste really good. I'm thinking they are perfect to take to work for a real quick snack.

Pretty high in sugars. I try to have an "unofficial" ratio of 10 calories to 1 gm protein for a protein, energy, snack bar.
If they have 100 calories, then they would need 10 gm protein. There are better snacks with high protein which is what we need.
A protein bar would be better. Clif bars are not formulated for high protein, low carb eaters like RNY patients.

I don't know, I think you might be able to find a better snack for fewer calories. But they are small, which is nice. And I get the whole candy-bay-indulgence feeling. For the same 100 calories, you could have more than half of a Quest bar, which would be more than 10 grams of protein (I am a big fan of Quest bars, especially vanilla almond - tastes exactly like bit-o-honey candy).
I don't exactly dump on Clif bars, but they give me that clogged-up feeling in my pouch, like I get when I eat something that is too high in fat or carbs. It's kind of an ache-y fullness, and then I can't eat or drink for a while.
