the 5 pound beat down....starting C25K

So today is the day I WILL start the C25K.  I started last year and was close, but did not finish...this year I will do it!!

My motivation is that I keep bouncing up 5 pounds and the fight to get them back off gets a little harder each time.  Well, today, my pants are so darn uncomfortable that I may well have to sit with the button undone!  Enough is enough...I am beating down that 5 pounds starting TODAY!

Anybody care to join me?

I'll join ya! I loved C25K and am starting to get back into it after a long spell. I'm also at the top of my "comfort zone" weight wise and know I'll feel better getting some good workouts in to combat the pounds.

A great motivation to fini**** is go to active.com and find a 5K that is in 12-13 weeks from this Saturday.  That will give you plenty of time to hit the 5K point and then maintain the 5K distance for a week or so and also allow for time when life gets in the way.

Congrats to both of you and everyone else for taking a step like this.

Good job on making the decision to take back control.

I started the C25K program 2 weeks ago, I just completed week 2 yesterday and will start week 3 on Saturday.

You can do this!

I am creating my own revolution and PAMdemonium reigns!
