This week (week 11) all my little love's vital organs are working, and the little teeth buds are forming under the gums. Also her bones are starting to harden under her see-through skin (soon to be a beautiful caramel color!) She is kicking and stretching out all the time even though I can't feel it, but I definitely saw it during my ultra sound!

I am so happy I was finally able to hear my baby's heartbeat on my doppler yesterday! It was so special to hear that little heart beating away! It was 170bpm so thats why I'm saying its a girl! We shall see!!

A lot of people on this board know what I have been through trying to get pregnant, and I appreciate your support ladies! You are the best!!  :)

I love your baby updates! It brings back such wonderful memories!
I was wondering how you would have known it was a girl so early! Do you and your husband have any preference?

Hey Rose!! Well he wants a boy and I want a girl now. I used to want a boy very very bad though! So basically....no preference! We just pray that its a healthy baby!  :)

My daughter's heart rate was always high during our ultrasounds.  So my guess is a girl.  My OB said there is some truth to that myth.  My husband wanted a boy too, but as soon as he found out we were having a girl he was so excited.  She is definitely a Daddy's Girl too.

I'm so happy for you guys!  I know what it's like to be told for years that you can't have a baby.  I thought I was infertile when I got pregnant with my daughter.  God has his own time for these things.   It won't be long and you'll be finding out what that little one is!

I have 3 daughters and 4 granddaughters and they all had high heart rates.  That's how I knew they were all girls.  The one boy I gave birth to had a lower heart rate so for me it's been 100%.
