I am 1 lb away from the 230's. Looking back at my lapband results it took me almost 3 months to get to this point. 3 MONTHS!! I've gone thru 270, 60, 50 ,40... I'm so excited. Finally starting to feel like myself again. Getting some energy back. And better than all of that...I got into a shirt and khakis today that I haven't worn since last summer simply because they did not fit. WAHOOOO...
