Protein absorption?

I use myself as my research and the 30g myth is garbage ! Look at my pics in my profile from last year to this year and you will see the difference. I sometime drink shakes at 100g of protein and have packed on a lot of muscle in that time. You absorb what you take in!
    No longer about weight , it's all about living.
