Ok...now that I actually had dinner.

We went to the Amish market restaurant. I had a Reuben sandwich. Yes, with bread. Yes, the whole sandwich.

It was yummy. I am good for the night.

And those Amish don't play any of that low fat crap. Big slice of swiss and full fat Thousand Island dressing.

My calories were super low today but that made up for it!!!

I made chicken fajitas for me, only me! Chicken, peppers and onions, fajita mix from teh store. I ate 1/2 cup along with 2 slices of avacado and a 1/2 tbsp of FF sour cream..DELISH and SO full lol. I devided the rest up into freezer bags for later meals. Also made taco meat with ground turkey and devided that up also and froze for later. In my mind I could have eaten the whole pan of fajitas...but i was full with the 1/2 cup...never in my wildest dreams would I have ever figured 1/2 a cup of ANYTHING would EVER fill me up...I LOVE MY RNY!

Carnitas atop salad greens, avocado, salsa and creamy greek yogurt Chipotle sauce.

I had a little bit of a pancake when I was in the hospital with my kidney stone ( it was on the bariatric regular menu) and it was good.
I have some Atkins mix in the cupboard, so I watched your video on Bariatric Foodie today~ how to make your pancakes. It was really helpful to see what the batter was supposed to look like, and peek in your frig too!- looks like mine.

I may be making a lil pancake for myself this weekend. I love pancakes.
