Husband and I are in a blah mood about food this week.  NOTHING sounds good.  I picked up a dinner for 2 in the frozen section.  This one is salmon and quinoa with roasted veggies.  Hope it's good.

I need to shop, probably a salad filled with nice protein.

I'm going to be looking at your blog again tonight for ideas to use chicken with since I have lots of chicken in the freezer.

BTW Nic I absolutely loved the Taco casserole.  Even brought some to work and shared with a co-worker (not a WLS person) and she wanted the recipe.

BF made some baked tilipia with a tomato and onion relish with a habanero sauce

I had a breakfast burrito.  I used the tortillas that have the great net carb numbers....the brand escapes me at the moment.  I had some turkey sausage left over and mixed it in with my egg.  For me that is quite a dinner because it is typically a challenge for me to eat dinner.
